About This Whole Thing

An explanation. Sort of.

How It Started

I bought a blue Ford Maverick. I liked it a lot. Then I saw another one in a parking lot and felt a strange kinship with it. So I parked next to it and took a picture.

That was the beginning. I have not stopped since.

There is no deeper meaning here. I just own a Maverick, and when I see another one, something in my brain says: park next to it. Take the picture. Document the encounter. So I do.

The Rules of the Stalk

1

Park next to it.

Not near it. Next to it. That's the whole point.

2

Take the picture.

Both trucks in frame. Proof of the encounter.

3

No license plates.

City and state only. I'm a stalker, not a creep.

4

No staging.

Wild sightings only. Dealership lots don't count.

If you own a Maverick and you're reading this: there's a chance I've already found you.
